All towels are produced in 20/2 carded 100% cotton terry, the industry standard construction for professional hospitality linen.
The GSM (grams per square metre) of a towel is the primary determinant of its weight, absorbency, and perceived quality. A 400 GSM towel is lightweight and fast-drying, well-suited to high-rotation hotel use. A 600 to 700 GSM towel is thick, plush, and slow-drying, the standard for luxury spa, five-star hotel amenity, and premium retail positioning.
Product Range
Our luxury towel range covers five product types in the terry format. Bath sheets (100x150cm) are the largest format, typically used for spa and pool environments or premium bathroom presentation. Bath towels (70x140cm) are the standard hotel format. Hand towels (50x100cm) are supplied alongside bath towels for complete bathroom sets. Face towels (33x33cm, also called flannels or washcloths) complete the set. Bath mats (50x76cm) are produced in a heavier 500 to 850 GSM tufted pile construction for durability underfoot.
Customisation
Border stripe and dobby border options are available at all GSM tiers. Custom colour dyeing in solid shades is standard. Embroidered logo or monogram on the border is available from 500-piece minimums per design. Five-star hotel properties typically specify 550 to 650 GSM for bath towels and bath sheets. This weight delivers the thick, plush hand feel expected at that level and withstands a minimum of 100 commercial wash cycles before noticeable quality degradation. We recommend 400 to 500 GSM for mid-market and budget hospitality where laundry throughput is a priority.
Can you embroider our hotel logo on the towels?
Yes. Embroidered logo placement is available on the border of all towel types. We require a digitised embroidery file or vector artwork. Minimum order per embroidery design is 500 pieces. Setup charges apply and are confirmed at enquiry.
What is zero twist terry and do you produce it?
Zero twist terry is produced using yarns held together with a water-soluble yarn that dissolves in the first wash, leaving behind a very soft, low-twist pile. It is exceptionally soft on first use but typically less durable than standard terry over time. We produce zero twist on request, it is favoured for luxury retail gift and spa amenity programmes.
Do you supply complete bathroom sets, towels and bath mats together?
Yes. Complete bathroom sets can be ordered as a programme, bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and bath mat in matching GSM, colour, and border specification. We coordinate production to ensure all pieces ship from the same dye lot for colour consistency.
