Velara Textiles manufactures wholesale percale bedding from our Faisalabad facility at 200 and 300 thread count. Both grades use 100% combed ring-spun cotton. Both are used widely in hospitality. Percale is preferred for warmer climates, budget-tier hotels, and high-rotation laundry environments because its plain weave is highly durable. Can you produce percale in custom stripe patterns?
Yes. Yarn-dyed stripes (woven in during production) and dobby border patterns are available. Setup costs and minimum order quantities for custom stripe programmes are confirmed at enquiry. Standard stripe options, classic hotel stripe, awning stripe, can be produced from existing setups at lower minimums.
Do you produce fitted sheets in percale?
Yes. Fitted sheets with elasticated corners are standard across all our percale sizes. Corner depth and elastic specification can be customised. We also produce split-top fitted sheets for adjustable bed frames on request.
